Make sure you don't have filters activated that could remove the post. NSFW posts are hidden by default and spoilers can be filtered for a set number of days. Both can be configured in your profile. The post might also have been moderated or deleted.

Storing and distributing images is quite expensive, both in terms of memory and bandwidth. Given that ShareSphere has currently no funding, I've decided to forgo image storage for the moment. This might change in the future but in the meantime, please use another provider to store the image and share the link in your post.
